PRIVACY TERMS

Valid from 01.01.2024. The privacy terms govern the processing of personal data and the use of cookies by Rotazion OÜ (hereinafter Rotazion) on the Portal www.rotazion.com (hereinafter the Portal).

Personal data processing is any activity performed with the personal data of the Portal user (hereinafter the user) - data collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion. Users are all persons who visit the Portal, consume services, or transmit information to Rotazion. For example, reading articles, ordering services or contacting us by email.
3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. Rotazion, as the controller of personal data, collects from the User only such personal data that is generated during the use of the Portal based on the user's activities within the Portal. Such data are, for example, data provided in the user's profile, data provided in the product offer, and data recorded from all other activities enabled on the Portal.
3.2. Rotazion OÜ has the right to process the data that Rotazion has received from the user when logging in to the Portal and in the course of using the Portal, or that is gathered about the user in other ways when using the Portal, for the purposes and to the extent specified in the terms of service of the Portal (to fulfill obligations arising from the law, to fulfill contractual obligations , for environment personalization and business analytics on the basis of legitimate interest and for marketing purposes on the basis of consent).
3.3. The user is aware of the processing of the user's personal data by Rotazion for the purposes and to the extent specified in the conditions. In the case of consent-based data processing, the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, to demand the termination of Personal Data processing and the deletion of collected Personal Data. The user also has the right to request the closure of the user account. The user must take into account that in the event of a request to delete personal data and when closing the user account, Rotazion cannot immediately delete all data related to the person, because when fulfilling the obligation arising from the law (for example, the accounting law), the storage terms in the law also apply to the data. Also, Rotazion does not delete the personal data necessary for the performance of the contract before three years have passed from the end of the contract.
3.4. The user can request the deletion or closure of the collected personal data, as well as the closure of the user account, by contacting Rotazion.
3.5. Rotazion uses the user's personal data to provide, further develop and personalize the Portal service.
3.6. Rotazion has the right to use the user's personal data and transfer them to third parties chosen by Rotazion for the purpose of cooperation with them in order to ensure the quality and availability of Rotazion's services, as well as to expand, improve and otherwise develop the services provided by Rotazion. Rotazion uses only reliable cooperation partners with whom relevant data processing agreements have been concluded, which include, if necessary, additional conditions for data processing outside the European Union.
3.7. Rotazion is the controller of personal data; Rotazion transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to an authorized processor who processes personal data in accordance with the rules prescribed for payment services.
3.8. The user always has the right to ask questions related to the processing of his personal data and for additional information by contacting Rotazion. The user also always has the right to contact the authority supervising the protection of personal data, which in Estonia is the Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
3.9. By using the portal, the user consents to the processing of his data in accordance with these privacy conditions. Rotazion collects the following personal data of users through the Portal in the ways described below:
a. name, phone number and e-mail address;
b. the delivery and return address of the goods;
c. bank account number;
d. cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);
e. customer support data.
3.10. Rotazion uses personal data:
3.10.1. to provide a service to the user, for example, to conclude and fulfill a contract, to communicate with the user, to send invoices;
3.10.2. to send notifications about new articles, services and campaigns to the user's e-mail address, but only with the user's prior consent;
3.10.3. to manage customer orders and deliver goods;
3.10.4. purchase history data (purchase date, product, quantity, customer data) is used to create an overview of the purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences;
3.10.5. the bank account number is used to make payments to the customer;
3.10.6. personal data, such as e-mail, phone number, customer name, are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support);
3.10.7. The portal user's IP address or other network identifiers are processed for information society service provision and web usage statistics.
3.11. Rotazion uses Portal visitation statistics to improve the Portal user experience and for more effective marketing. The user has the right to prohibit the processing of his personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to fulfill a requirement arising from the contract, including the provision of the service.
4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. The third party is a contractual partner of Rotazion who processes personal data and whose product or service provides services to the user of Rotazion. For day-to-day operations, Rotazion uses third parties who provide:
ae-mails transmission and management system,
b. Portal accommodation,
c. Portal usage statistics analysis;
d. use of social media and analysis of social media statistics,
e. the use of accounting software.
f. In addition to the third parties mentioned in the previous point, Rotazion transmits the user's personal data to the cooperation partner. This is only to the extent necessary to provide the service to the user.
g. Personal data is transferred to Portal customer support to manage transactions and history and to solve customer problems.
h. The name, phone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer.
i. If it is a case of goods to be delivered by courier, the customer's address is also transmitted in addition to the contact details.
j. Rotazion is the responsible processor of personal data, Rotazion transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor.
5. LINKS TO OTHER PAGES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
5.1. Some pages, such as the blog, may have links to other home pages or contain embedded content, such as a YouTube video, which the visitor can watch directly on the blog. When consuming embedded content, in a technical sense, another website is visited, e.g. YouTube, where the conditions of this website apply. These pages may collect data about the user, replace cookies or transfer user data to third parties.
6. STORAGE AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. Rotazion implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure. Rotazion stores personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose or as required by law. For example, accounting data is stored for 7 years from the end of the financial year, while the e-mail address in the mailing list is stored until the user expresses a wish to remove it from there. Upon closing the customer account, personal data is deleted, except if such data needs to be kept for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes. In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or the expiry period ends. Rotazion employees and contractual partners have access to personal data, who can access personal data in order to solve technical issues related to the use of the Portal and to provide customer support services. Transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the Portal (e.g. transport service provider and data hosting) takes place on the basis of contracts concluded with the Portal and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures when processing personal data.
7. GETTING TO KNOW, CORRECT, DELETE AND TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Personal data can be consulted and corrections can be made in the user profile. To delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. The deletion request will be answered no later than within a month, and the data deletion period will be specified. The request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies the identity and informs about the personal data that is subject to transfer.
8. USER RIGHTS
8.1. The user has the right at any time:
8.1.1. express a desire to access their own data;
8.1.2. demand correction, addition or deletion of personal data under the conditions prescribed by law;
8.1.3.require limitation of personal data processing;
8.1.4. demand the transfer of personal data.
8.1.5. If the user is a member of Rotazion's mailing list, he can delete himself from the mailing list and opt out of further emails via the link at the end of the e-mail.
8.1.6. In order to limit the use of cookies, the user can make the appropriate choices under the settings of his web browser.
8.1.7. If the User believes that his rights have been violated during the processing of personal data, he has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.
9. COOKIES
9.1.Rotazion The portal uses cookies, with the aim of ensuring a better user experience and more effective marketing activities and to collect usage statistics. By using the Rotazion Portal, the user agrees to the use of cookies as described in this procedure. A cookie is a small text file that the web browser automatically saves on the device used by the user. Cookies may be created by different service providers, such as Google and Facebook. Cookie files are not dangerous for your computer.
9.2. There are two types of cookies:
9.2.1.Persistent cookies, which remain permanently in the cookie file on the user's computer. They may be used, for example, to recognize the user as a repeat visitor to the Portal and to adapt the content of the Portal to the user's needs or to collect statistical data.
9.2.2. Session cookies are temporary and disappear when the user leaves the Portal or closes their web browser. Session cookies may be used to enable certain functions of the Portal, such as requesting a service or product, etc.
9.3. Cookies are used to collect information about how the Portal is used to make it more personal and user-friendly for users. In addition, cookies help to collect user statistics, which allows to measure and improve the performance of the Portal and provides basic data to carry out effective marketing activities. The user is considered to have accepted cookies if cookies are enabled in his web browser settings. Often, web browsers allow cookies to be stored on the device by default. The user can disable the use of cookies on his device or delete them by changing the corresponding settings of his web browser. If cookies are not used, the Portal may not work correctly.
10. MODIFICATION OF PRIVACY TERMS
10.1. Rotazion reserves the right to change the privacy terms unilaterally and without notice, with the aim of ensuring their compliance with the law. The privacy terms are always available on the Portal in their latest version.
11. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support at rotazion@rotazion.com. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
